Very well situated, easy check in, owners were very helpful and available (had a problem with our key late at night, they solved it super quickly), rooms are very cleaned and quiet, on the 6th floor, our room had a balcony. Breakfast is ok, everything you need. There are croissants every morning and they are good. Great value.

“Lucked in” when we chose this place. Ideally situated. Less than 50 metres to via Maqueda the main street in the historic part of Palermo and 100 metres from the Teatro Massimo Vittorio Emanuele opera house. The bedroom and bathroom (Room 6) is very spacious with plenty of cupboard space and very clean and homely. The verandah has magnificent views to the mountains, the Teatro Massimo and glimpses of the cathedral. Greeted by Angela who was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our 3 day stay and via WhatsApp prior. The breakfast room and lounge areas are very comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities are available 24 hours with a nice assortment of biscuits and cakes. After travelling for 8 days it was a bonus that we were able to use the washing machine and dryer. A tip if travelling by car and using Google or GPS the accomodation is not clear - to help you the entrance is next to a barber shop and is on the 6th floor. Suggest you drive past 10 metres and turn into Donizetti St where there is free parking. Wifi is good but unfortunately does not work in the bedroom. We would highly recommend this accomodation.

Great location. Spacious, comfortable rooms and great choice for self serve breakfast. Good kitchen space and lounge area also
