This Hotel is an absolute gem. It is very clean, comfortable and in fantastic location. The staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back to this place when in Rome. I felt this was the best value and quality and I highly recommend anyone to come here.

When the air conditioner stopped working during the extreme heat, I contacted you asking for a fan, but received no response. Later, my children and I were bitten dozens of times by mites (a local doctor diagnosed them as mite bites), so I requested a linen change. However, I received persistent messages such as, "They are not mites, but mosquitoes!", "None of the other families have had any issues," "You must have been bitten elsewhere!" and "We changed the covers two weeks ago, and there are no mites!" The interaction with the owner was far more stressful than the situation itself. At the very least, if I had received messages like, "We have cleaned thoroughly, but if your family was bitten by mites, we sincerely apologize. We hope for your quick recovery" or "We won’t be able to repair the air conditioner tonight, and unfortunately, we don’t have any fans available. We apologize for the inconvenience during such hot weather," it would have lightened our burden. I would not have contacted you over just two or three bites. I was merely asking politely to improve the situation for my children, who were crying from the heat and itching, in order to make our memories in Rome better. Yesterday, we moved to another hotel, and my entire family slept peacefully. On our last day, we were shocked to receive a message saying, "There are no mites in our room, so please give us a 10-star review."
