I stayed here for 1 night. It has a huge room with sofa to chill. The room is very cozy, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is so so, but still they had a good coffee maker to start a morning

I don't have much expectations because It was a chance to staying with you at a cheap price but I was so disappointed my first stay in forte hotel hsinchu. First of all, My room, 1306 has really terrible room condition. There was huge dust lump where back side of personal sofa. Second, the mold has spread out everywhere. Not only ceiling also bathroom and shower head. (Especially the part of water coming out !!!!!! ) Anyone who reads my feedback needs to think about it. If your house was so, would you like it ? No matter the hotel was too old, it is a matter of cleanliness. The other things were great. Employees were really kind and breakfast was also great. But don't forget that most important thing of Hotel is cleanliness.

Room was dated and walls were dirty. Fridge was not working so we asked for ice and it took almost an hour to arrive. We called to ask about the ice every 15 mins, only to be told it was already on the way. Also, they only provide 1 pillow and when we asked for an extra one, they gave the excuse that they were fully booked. Yet, a simple check on booking.com shows otherwise. I don’t know why they would choose to lie to their hotel guests over something like extra pillows?
