In June 2025, I stayed with a friend and two kids in a twin City View room, worth the slight top-up for its floor-to-ceiling windows and stunning view of Jeju City. The room was spotless, exceptionally spacious, and well designed, with a separate toilet room, large main bathroom with both bathtub and shower, blackout curtains, and beds big enough for two people each. The outdoor pool was well maintained with a nice view, though no food or drinks were served poolside. Indoor facilities — including the spa, indoor pool, and gym — looked excellent, and the kids enjoyed the hotel arcade. The on-site mall/food court was empty whenever we visited, with few appealing shops, and the sandwich I tried there was underwhelming. Staff were polite and helpful, though unfamiliar with the tax refund process, and we had to call maintenance once or twice for the aircon. Overall, excellent value and I’d stay again, with improvements needed for the poolside experience, mall, and aircon reliability.

The hotel is excellent and a great value for the price. Rooms are extremely spacious and well-maintained. The view is wonderful. The soaking tub is very relaxing. The coffee and tea in the minibar are great. I was also very satisfied with the breakfast buffet. They had western and Asian choices with an endless choices of desserts.

Very large complex with many shops and restaurants inside the hotel. Relatively close, meaning walking distance to some popular restaurants but still many restaurants required a short taxi ride. That said, if you have access to the Grand Club, it is nice, has a nice view, and they provide good wines for free. Pool is small and green colored so looks like algae. Don’t recommend the pool. But facilities in general are nice.
