This hotel is now known as the Jolie vue boutique hotel. It has been tastefully remodelled and the rooms have a wonderful view over Elephant Rock. Great rooftop restaurant for drinks or dinner with a very comprehensive Western and Chinese menu. Would recommend.
The staff are all very friendly and the food is delicious. The rooms are clean, have good heating and cooling, the shower and bathtub are well decorated, and the view outside the window is gorgeous.
After thinking about it for a long time, I decided to book this room. I was interested in the restaurant on the 7th floor. I can really see the Elephant Trunk Mountain. However, I didn’t have breakfast in the open-air restaurant for two days. The weather was cold and the hall was thinner than expected. The photos were different. My room was on the 2nd floor. The room lights were a bit dark and mine faced the patio. There was no view. The toilet was a bit smelly. The room was clean and accepted. 1 pick-up was provided, mini bar and free fruit. The price/performance ratio is relatively low. You can try the newly opened Puyue in Tianlong Bay not far away next time.
