Gulec Hotel & Spa Special Category

Our stay at Gulec Hotel was comfortable and relaxed. The staff were very lovely, kind and catering to all our needs. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of food, and not to forget the amazing view of the bosphorus from the terrace during breakfast. The rooms were cleaned daily and re stocked with fresh towels and linen. The location was exceptional with attractions, including restaurants all within walking distance. Definitely would recommend it, and we can't wait to visit again!

I stayed at Gulec Hotel and had a really nice time. The services was good and staff was friendly. Burak at the reception was very nice and helpful always, he is always available and do his best to help. Food was decent but the terrace view was amazing, really peaceful and beautiful to sit there. Location is very very good, just under 10 minute walk to both the big mosques and grand bazaar. You can go walking everywhere, very close. Rooms was recently renovated, everything look fresh and clean. Beds was comfortable and bathroom was new and modern. They also very cooperative with our requests, whatever we ask they try to do. Overall good experience, I recommend if you want comfort and good location in Istanbul.

Our first stay in Istanbul was at Güleç. They gave us a good first experience and great start for the holidays. The room was not ready by the time we reached. They still allowed us to leave the luggage there, freshen up from the powder room, and even offer breakfast - even before formally checking in. The room was a family room. Spacious and bright. The bathroom is of decent size. However, the cloth rod was broken. So, we had to use the shower separation to hang the towels. The location is the best part. You have plenty of restaurants and cafes right outside the hotel. Sultan Ahmet area is just a short walk away, and the tram station is walkable, too. Breakfast is served on a rooftop restaurant with an amazing view. The breakfast was really good. One of the best place to stay near Sultan Ahmet area.
