Guler Park Hotel

The price was reasonable. We reserved it I think about 5 o'clock. Parked to e car parking spot. They asked for the key and wanted to keep it. I didn't like that. Breakfast bar looked nice and there were plenty of selection but when you look closely and try them, they were old. I don't know why they put so many things and cannot keep them fresh. It may be because the hotel was not full probably less than 50% occupied. Another thing we were 2 person but the room blankets, towels etc was for 1 person so we had to call to get the second sets. They have to improve their management

Actually the hotel is nothing like the picture The rooms are small ,old and smell bad The price is too much for the hotel Also I reserved for 3 ppl in the spa and all of us are disappointed they told us the massage is 50 minutes and the Turkish hamam is 20 minutes but all of the service took less than one hour , the spa rooms are so small with bad lighting and no relaxing music in the spa In addition to the towels are so dirty and smell disgusting The toilets smell bad The only thing I actually enjoyed is the breakfast was delicious Never come back and never recommend

Even one star is too much for this disgusting hotel. Their rooms are not comfortable and food is terrible, you can starve here. Also, they treat their employees as slaves and they don’t pay their salaries, please don’t go and stay in this hotel if you don’t want these cruel people to earn money.
