Lovely place, friendly staff, great service, delicious food and amazing location! It's far from the town but a nice place for a quiet getaway. The surrounding gardens are beautiful! The pool facilities are very clean and enjoyable. The people of Antakya are humble, welcoming and very friendly.
I wouldn’t give 5 stars to this hotel. Location is bad because it’s out of town. There’s nothing to do in vicinity. Meals are not tasty. Rooms are spacious.
Very bad hotel because of different reasons 1. We booked hotel by phone 500$ but when we came here they said no you have to pay 600$ 2. For dinner we asked reception and we asked staff who work in dinner sector they said it cost (220 tl) then after 5 min my father came they told him 275 and this make me disappointed because we are foreign people they are cheating. 3. Generally hotel is not deserve 5 starts because of the lack of various stuffs which should be available in fine star hotel and their attidute of cheating and lying to foreign people
