An amazing resort, we really enjoyed our stay here. The food is amazing and very fresh, we always found plenty of options and the options changed throughout the week. The fish restaurant was also very good. All of the staff are very friendly and make you feel very welcomed. The animation team was great and very engaging. There’s always stuff going on at night from shows to DJ nights, and plenty of entertainment throughout the day. The overall resort is also very nice and pleasant with lots of nature and cute cats. I would definitely recommend this resort
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. One of the highlights of our trip was the kids club — our child absolutely loved it! The activities were fun and creative, and the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. A huge thank you to the kids club team for taking such great care of the children and making their experience so special. We truly appreciate your hard work and warm attitude. Highly recommend this hotel for families with kids!
Upon our arrival early in the morning, we were directed to the restaurant. As it was too early for check-in, the staff 'tried' to assist us with an early check-in. We are two families with reservations for two double rooms, but they attempted to place us all together in a single family room. We politely declined and informed them we would wait for our reserved rooms. They assured us the rooms would be ready as soon as possible. Later, they made a second attempt to move us into a different family room, which we also declined. Approximately 90 minutes before the official check-in time, when we inquired about our rooms, they again tried to convince us to take the family room, claiming it was the only one available. We refused this proposed downgrade. It felt as though they were attempting to deceive us. When we confronted them about trying to trick us into giving up our reserved rooms, they became defensive and simply stated that our rooms would be available at 2 PM. This was a truly terrible first experience.
