Gîte des Ecuries d'Hodebert

Our stay at the Chateau d'Hodebart was simply enchanting! This beautiful, magnificent, historic chateau is in a very tranquil setting. We dined nightly on the terrace with bread, cheese, wine, fruit & pastries that we purchased locally. The chateau has a lovely wine cellar to select from, with all price ranges available. Our hosts are charming people who go out of their way to make you feel special. The breakfast, featuring home made breads along with an excellent selection of cheeses, jams, some lovely fruit was a perfect way to begin our day. Our stay at the chateau will live forever in our memories as one of the special time in our lives. Thank you so much!

Our stay was picturesque. The rooms are immaculate and the entire chateau is just wonderful. We particularly appreciate the thoughtfulness of our host - when she found out my wife was vegan, she was very accommodating and helpful.

Unfortunately, our stay in the little house "la Grille" has come to an end. The property is impressively well-kept, very large and transports you to another world. Fantastic hostess who welcomed us with a wonderful sparkling wine and fresh roses from the garden. The pool gave us great pleasure and refreshment. From this castle you can easily reach the various and most famous castles of the Loire and numerous other sights. Thank you very much, we enjoyed it enormously
