Everything is very poor equipped and run down. The Toilet is in a Broom closet and you need to bring your own toilet paper. The Kitchen is barely equipped, there are not many plates and no tools to use fore cooking. Also there are no spices. The yard, if you want to call it a yard, faces the neighbors and is more like a Front yard and doesn’t invite to use it. The only two things that are good are the friendly owner and the close proximity to the beach.
