Göcek Lykia Resort Hotel

Really nice hotel with reasonable prices. It is 15 minutes walk from the beach. You can bike there. The rooms had complementary drinks even though we stayed there with a tour. The food was delicious. The staff were really helpful. We went paragliding and had to leave at 5.30 and our tour guide asked them to make us sandwiches for the morning, but when we got up they had prepared a full breakfast for us which was really nice. The design of the hotel was nice, the lobby and area around the swimming pool were amazing. Only negative thing: no elevators! I would go back though.

It’s located in the middle of Göcek. Rooms are quite dated and old, also a little small. Staff is very friendly though and tries to makes your stay pleasant in every way possible.

This is not a 4-star hotel! The pool area, the masseuse, and the manager are great but the hotel is cheaply built and Staff is incompetent. For instance, the room is ok but you need to climb to the bathtub as it is quite high. Not sure why they installed a bathtub instead of a shower in this hot climate area. Also, the bathtub area is falling a part. In addition, gadgets such as door keys and the remote control for the air conditioning unit had constant problems. Staff and technical people could not have these issues fixed until the manager fixed them by himself. The floors are covered with plush carpet to minimize the noise of the high heels of the flight attendants (they have a deal with Pegasus). But, you can still hear the noise when they walk. The open buffet area and service at the restaurant is under par and not consistent. In short, we did not have a great experience. There should be a better hotel in the area.
