The location is very good but the rooms are very small and there is a lack of cleanliness
A very bad experience three nights with no room service only one toilet paper roll very dirty room as you can see in the picture. Very poor customer service poor breakfast the window is not silent you are sleeping if you can sleep with tram noise all night and early morning. I well not stay in again and will not recommend this to anyone (one room key for three people)
This hotel is scam, they scammed my money and left me with no refund no booking and no support. Don't book, and I'm removing my booking.com as it's start to serve costumers then it's moved into scamming them.
