Güral Premier Belek All Inclusive

I want to share my experience, that is, our experience as a family. Husband, children and me. It is an understatement to say that we are delighted. The hotel and services are flawless. Everything is perfect. Food, service, sea, beach, no flaws. Our warm recommendation. We are already booking for next year. Children are delighted with the beach, the sea, the aqua park, and the swimming pool. Everything is clean, meticulous. Enjoy this hotel and its contents.

My favorite family resort – everything feels like a fairytale. The poolside rooms are my top choice. The food and desserts could be more flavorful, and the cocktails could be better made, but the overall atmosphere is fantastic. The beach is actually better than most beaches in Turkey, the aqua park is great, and the pools and facilities are all within easy reach. The evening shows are excellent – the only thing I would change is the live music afterward, as it's too loud and doesn’t really suit the type of guests. It would be much better to have some soft acoustic music by the pool.

Our 3rd and last time staying at the Belek property- standards in most categories have fallen year by year and now the service is 3 Star, with 5 Star prices!! We can definitely get better value for the almost €5000 spent for a 3 person stay here for 9 days. Considering most of the guests are not Turkish, 1: Why are 90% of the TV channels in Turkish? This has got worse and worse every year. 2. There is virtually Zero level of English spoken in Restaurants, Bars, even Guest Services have very basic English. 3. Poolside villa offer privacy BUT zero services!! 2 Star 4. Bathroom amenities not being replaced!! In 9 night stay, they failed to replace several amenities 5. Failure to provide enough mineral water! This is very annoying- 3 people in a hot country need daily supply of water!! Incredible really. Unfortunately, standards are drastically worse, prices up, quality of the food in the main restaurants was 3-4 Star. The management appears to be making classic mistakes: increase profits, reduce costs and services and hire lowest paid people. Never again at this property!!
