I liked it :) had a very nice stay at this Place! Good points: - the location is quiet but you can get everywhere very quickly by metro and there are many stores and restaurants nearby - the design in the hotel is beautiful - the staff is extremely friendly - the beds are comfortable, the TV is great - the hotel looks new and is clean - there is a washing machine and dryer for free use - water, coffee, sweet potatoes, eggs and face masks are provided free of charge Worth improving but also ok: - the lamps by the bed are a bit wobbly and the charging cable by the room was broken - room service only comes on request and unfortunately for me it didn't come even after I requested it in the morning - when I arrived and entered my room for the first time, there was no toilet paper for the Toilet - there is no shelf above the sink for cosmetics and no lamp directly above the mirror - there is no splash guard at the shower - indirect lighting behind the TV would be nice, as well as a mirror in the anteroom where you can see your entire body - the heating cannot be switched on/off individually, I had no influence - the washroom should be cleaned better (incl. appliances)

Looks better in photos. The mattress was SO uncomfortable, it felt like a hospital bed in the worst way. I can't believe there are no other mentions of this in reviews. The breakfast was simple but filling and a nice touch :)

This hotel is very old. I booked it based on their previous reviews. Unfortunately, this hotel feels more like a hostel. You have to inform the main desk of you want your room cleaned. Also, the elevator to the 8th floor isn't working. The breakfast that they said is included, you have to make it yourself. I wanted to cancel my booking when I arrived, but unfortunately, I was not going to get a refund for it, so I had to endure my stay. Also, it is located in a alleyway.
