H Boutique Hotel

I arrived after hours and was wandering around the reception area, unsure how to access my accommodation. As some staff were leaving at the end of their shift, one of them noticed me, pulled over, and greeted me warmly. He kindly took out his laptop, checked the guest list, and provided me with the details I needed to check in. Shortly after, I realized I had actually received a text message with the after-hours check-in instructions—but I hadn’t seen it in time. I was so grateful to that staff member for going above and beyond to make sure I was okay and helping me get settled, even though his shift had already ended. His exemplar level of service genuinely meant a great deal! Thank you very much for such a lovely place!

Dirty bed in room!!! Found pubic hairs at the bottom of the bed! Absolutely disgusting. Room overall was dirty, stains on the carpet and curtains. Requested a refund for the stay as we ended up leaving and was declined as apparently I should have phoned them at 9:30pm....

Terrible hotel, with no housekeeping or reception on-site after hours. Note after hours is 4pm weekdays and all of weekend. For anything after hours you get diverted to an offshore call centre which can't do anything obviously because they are not on-site. They tell you they will call you back after they here back from the hotel but we never recieved a call. Dirty curtains, cracks in walls, shower grout dirty, stained carpets, stains on our 4 pillows which despite requesting for them to be changed... they only changed two. Worse accomodation I've ever stayed at. Stay clear!. Also note they only do house keeping if you stay 3 days or more, with a hidden disclaimer on booking.com and no notification of this at checkin or in their room except for a notice saying "they are a eco friendly accomodation" which is unclear.
