H Hotel Los Angeles Curio Collection by Hilton

Booked a few hours in H Hotel via DayUse during a 12 hour layover. We checked in around 9:50am and left a little after 4pm. The hotel itself is literally only 5 minutes away from LAX via the free shuttle bus that runs on a loop around the airport. We were really happy with the hotel, the room was spacious & clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom spotless. In general, our experience was fantastic. The ladies on the check in desk were friendly and helpful, giving out complimentary toothbrushes and toothpaste when we told them our checked bags were at the airport. Brendan was also lovely to deal with upon checking out. I won't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone in a similar situation looking to book a quiet room to rest in during a layover in LAX.

I loved this place!! The rooms are huge compared to European offerings. I love all things aviation and was in heaven on the roof terrace. A cafe within the hotel and Subway next door. Walking distance to the In n Out and LAX, but there is a free shuttle service. My only disappointment was the lack of a bath tub, but that's personal preference. I am already planning to go back.

Room and staff are friendly, however, do NOT buy the breakfast package or eat here. We got the breakfast on second floor and the fruit was sour and there was mold on the cheese in a bowl. Not worth any amount of money. Walk elsewhere to eat breakfast or go to The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf! The bathrooms are beautiful, however, it is so bright and there is no dimmer light option to turn down the lights when needing to use it early in the morning. There is no “fan noise” in the bathroom or in the bedroom. Overall it’s a nice hotel though.
