Rooms were clean, hotel was easy to get into and the staff was nothing but excellent. I'm not sure where most of the negative reviews and coming from but this was not my experience. In my first visit to Switzerland I found the front staff to be patient and friendly as I had several questions. They let us check in early since we had just completed a 9 hour flight and it was 10AM local time but 4 AM biological time. From there it has been a very nice experience. Walked across the street to Restaurant Letzigrund and had another 5 star experience. A great start to my first visit in Switzerland!

The H+ Hotel and the entire team provided an excellent space for our conference (20 participants). Meeting rooms are fully equipped with great tech. Staff is friendly, helpful and always willing to support. Rooms are clean. Restaurant is offering delicious breakfast and also offers great choice for organized dinners. Hotel is easy to reach from city via a direct tramline. Absolutely recommend and would return here anytime for a similar event.

We arrived at the hotel, and the gentleman at the front desk during check-in was incredibly kind. While the hotel is non-smoking, there is a designated smoking area right outside the front door, which stays open. Our room had two twin beds, which is typical, but the beds took up a substantial portion of the space. The carpet was stained and worn. As is common in many hotels, the bathroom lacked lotion and facial soap. Overall, the hotel needs some tender loving care and renovation. We had a late lunch, and the kitchen remained open, which was a nice surprise. The food was delicious, and the bartender was extremely helpful. The only ventilation in our room was through the open window, which was acceptable, but there happened to be a soccer game across the street with 25,000 fans, making it quite noisy. The location is decent, but you need to take a bus to reach the old town. Our room included breakfast, and we went down at 8:00 am, but many food items were already gone. One woman was working very hard to clear tables, and she did an excellent job. Ultimately, we decided that we needed to find a different place to stay that could better meet our needs.
