We had dinner there on a Saturday evening. The place is charming, the welcome is friendly and the cuisine delicious. Everything is homemade. This is unfortunately rare enough to be noted. Special mention to the dessert cart. These people are honest people who do not deceive customers. That's not the rule these days. Continue. Honesty always pays off in the end.
If you intend to visit Albi and its magnificent surrounding villages, don't hesitate for a second to stay and eat with Monsieur and Madame Besson. Everything is perfect, a warm and very professional welcome, a more than mastered kitchen, comfortable rooms with excellent bedding, A breakfast where nothing is missing.
