H10 Conquistador

loving our stay at this hotel so much to do we went privilege all inclusive and it's amazing. The best part is the spa water ones free. Also save 20% on massages. Not having to worry about much and being able to stay at resort mostly is worth it in my opinion. Also on day 1 we met a great bell boy who's really good at his job and super happy. Great man took us to the room and explained the features and even the resort features.

Lovely trouble free week. The staff work like clockwork at meal times and are always smiling. The 8am embargo on sunbeds is a great idea and makes getting a sunbed a lot easier. Food was always nice and hot and some lovely dishes. Ideal location. Nice clean rooms. Pool lift was brilliant and the accessible room was perfect. Tui were great also

Having stayed there for 9 nights, this is my analysis. Its well kept, staff were friendly and food was absolutely class. But there is room for improvement. First, the lifts are too small given the busyness of the hotel and you often have to squeeze in on strangers and we often had to wait about 2 or 3 times for a free lift. They should be double the size that they are. Second, I put out towels at 8 one morning and they were taken down 40 minutes later on the grounds that they were reserved. Thirdly, staff need to be more attentive as I went to put money on the bracelet key and I had to say my room number 3 times as the woman at the desk was not paying attention to my words.(3 not 2) Finally, the noise from the stage goes on until 11 some nights and it's not fair on those who had a busy day or have an early start the next morning who need sleep. Again, it's a great hotel but there is room for improvement.
