Myself and my boyfriend stayed here for our first holiday and it was amazing. The room was very large and spacious. The whole hotel was clean and tidy. The food was lovely with a wide variety for everyone. Staff were amazing and very helpful. The pool was lovely and even a private walkway to the beach with is amazing for watching sunset. It’s about 30min walk into the main part of Costa adeje, but it is a nice walk along the beach. Would definitely recommend and would happily come back.
Having to write a second review for our second visit to this hotel on my business account because this hotel is unreal!! From the staff to the building to the amazing facilities we can’t thank H10 enough for making our family holiday so magical! We laughed and had so much fun! We went all inclusive, eating at the buffet restaurant and the 2 Restaurants on site! We cannot fault any of the food and drinks there was something for everyone! Hotel was beautiful and clean! With the lovely cleaners coming in every day to clean, change the beds, change the towels and wash the floors! The staff at this hotel, Wow… They go above and beyond and we cannot thank them enough for their incredible hospitality! A special thank you to Erik (On the Beach bar) and Greta and Irene ( On the piano bar) You made our stay so unforgettable! The entertainment was also great and always something for everyone with the beach bar playing music from a Dj and some nights bingo and dancing, The evening entertainment being something different everyday, kids disco, piano bar and so much more! Thank you H10 We will definitely be back for a third time! Highly recommend to anyone
Rooms were spacious clean had everything needed including hair dryer, fridge and safe. Rooms were cleaned every day to a high standard, cleaners were all very friendly and polite. Service in the restaurant was always officiant, polite and friendly. They provided hand wipes after dinner with particularly messy foods. The hotel was at the very end of the path along the front it was far out from centre however plenty of shops and shopping centres are within close walking distance.
