Pros: H10 Croma beautiful cathedral view room. Comfortable large bed. Good lighting. Can cast your phone to TV. Lovely Rituals toiletries. Nice coffee machine. Excellent breakfast, lots of choice, great service. Helpful reception. Roof top bar is great for drinks. Cons: Vegetarian food options on roof top are terrible and need a refresh. Not enough hangers in room. Room service food choices also lacks vegetarian choice.
Loved staying here!! If you want to lay out on sunbeds by the pool there are no sunbeds, just chairs that recline a little saying that we still had an amazing stay and we did spend time on the rooftop - ate there twice the food was lovely! Breakfast was great , staff are lovely! Rooms are fab and the balcony is private! Me and my mom only have good things to say! Location was perfect for us too!
Lovely hotel, nearly nothing to fault. The room was lovely, cleanliness 10 out of 10. Staff were absolutely amazing. If I had to be picky, the only thing I would say is that I stayed for three nights and my room wasn't cleaned on the second night. However, they were very apologetic and provided clean towels. The restaurant was good, the cocktails were amazing. I would definitely stay again; the loveliest hotel. Location is great!
