The Hotel and lobby are very beautiful and the check-in was very smooth. Our lovely room had great amenities and a very comfortable bed and excellent shower with very hot water. The breakfast was delicious and the gym associated with the hotel is great. All the amazing staff at the hotel are very professional and have exceptional customer service skills; whereby, all the staff were always smiling and willing to do whatever it takes to make your stay truly memorable. Thank you for all the staff and especially, Andrea, Anas and Alex. We will surely be back.
Such a great stay! Pool is small so haven't really used it much but terrace is amazing, great views and so nice to relax with some snacks and sangria! Hotel staff were incredible, so helpful. The two that we remember were Anas and Andrea, both so friendly and helpful, everyone was so nice. Really central location too
We loved absolutely everything about this hotel. Clean, beautiful decorated, really good located. Our room was spacious, bright with all needed equipment. The breakfast was really really good. The staff is exceptional! Wonderful, kind, professional. At the reception, room keeping, breakfast restaurant, rooftop. Very helpful, patient, always ready to answer all question. I recommend this place 100%!
