H10 Madison

Had a long 1.5 days of travel and coming to this hotel made it beautiful to get some rest, have lovely shampoo, conditioner, cream and soaps of orange, be taken care of by the staff and just enjoy our stay in Barcelona Gothic area. They gave us recommendations for dinner and they were spot on. They had a pull out for my kiddo with a robe, soap and shampoo just for him. Truly appreciated their lemonade, sparkling and flat water and champagne in the lobby. It was lovely after a long day out and about and coming back for a lovely refreshment especially in the heat. My kiddo loved the gummy options. Thank you H10 Madison for making our stay comfortable and special.

We just checked out of our room and I must say everything was incredible. The staff were amazing, especially Deborah who we mostly dealt with. She was kind and very helpful with our stay. We felt very welcomed. The location was perfect allowing us to walk to nearby monuments as well as one of the hop on hop off bus stops. We hope to visit again!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made us feel right at home. Evelyn and Mia were absolutely fantastic—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their warm personalities truly stood out. Housekeeping was also excellent throughout our stay. Our room was spotless every day, and the attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The entire team clearly takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Overall, a great experience thanks to the exceptional staff. We'll definitely be returning!
