Thrilled with this hotel very family orientated, rooms and balcony clean and well serviced, reception and bar staff professional and friendly. All communal areas were spotless and clean despite the guests. The shining stars were in the restaurant, the teams were professional to a high standard working together with almost military precision hats off to Joel and Tania the teamwork was impressive with excellent customer service. The food choices were good and displays were great. Pool safety was excellent with pools for all ages and a fun ship slide. a very energetic animation team. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends, last day tomorrow and would definitely return, thank you H10😎
We stayed in this hotel last year and we returned this year because we loved our stay. Planning on visiting again next year. It says a lot considering we never stay in the same place twice. I was heavily pregnant at our last stay and we also had a toddler. This year we went with our older toddler and our new baby. Both times we found lots of things to do with our small children, in particular our toddler loved the indoor soft play area and the water park. We met the same staff that continue working there this year which speaks volumes about the working conditions of this hotel as usually hotels and restaurants have a really high staff turnover. The buffet is one of the best ones I have ever tried. Lots of variety and everything is very tasty. The night entertainment is amazing considering other hotels I've visited. Something different every night and highly entertaining, also the kids disco is great and they all love it. 10/10 can't wait to be back!
Pools and food amazing. Hotel really clean, staff really nice. Drinks service in the evening so good. A few tweaks would make it better eg agree with other posters that charging for a kettle is awful… I mean buy 20 kettles and give them when needed. Kids club excellent for face painting etc. maybe a few more poor games focused on kids and teens than adults but would definitely return.
