Fantastic hotel, so relaxed and peaceful. The grounds are well maintained, with the gym and spa area a highlight. The staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The restaurant area is a massive plus - a mix of buffet starters and deserts with a restaurant order system for mains from a menu. The food was unreal every single time. We would absolutely return again.

Just returned from a 10 day stay at H10 Ocean Dreams on B&B basis. I would highly recommend this hotel. Pool lovely and clean, pool towels supplied and you can change once per stay. Buffet breakfast with lots of choice and hot breakfast to order with full English, toasties, range of omelettes etc. We didn’t have an evening meal but other guests said it was high quality. Rooms cleaned every day to a high standard. Big shout to the animation staff, Matej, Susi and Juanito who were brilliant from cocktail making to aqua gym to pool bikes and more. They are all encourage participation but are not pushy. Looking forward to our return.

The hotel is spotlessly clean and ideally located—close to everything you might need, yet still peaceful and quiet, making it perfect for early nights and restful sleep before active mornings. What really stood out was the exceptional service. The reception team was incredibly responsive—when I sent an email with a query, I received a reply and resolution within 10 minutes! I also requested to move to an upstairs room, and this was arranged immediately and without fuss. That level of attentiveness made me feel truly valued as a guest. The restaurant staff were equally fantastic—friendly, professional, and always welcoming. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety, and it was a real pleasure to start each day with such a positive atmosphere. If I ever return to Corralejo, I wouldn’t think twice about staying here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, calm, and top-tier service.
