H10 Palazzo Canova

Fantastic location - close to everything and beautiful views. I truly cannot say enough great things about the hotel and its staff. From the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out, every person was very kind, helpful, thoughtful and courteous. Victor, Nicolette, Beatrice and Iacopo were more helpful than imaginable with great recommendations!! I was absolutely pleased with the entire stay and highly recommend while visiting the stunningly beautiful city of Venice!

The H10 Rooftop Bar was one of our favorite stops! It had everything you could ask for, great staff, delicious drinks, tasty food, and an incredible view over the city. What really made it memorable, though, was the playful atmosphere. The staff actually handed out squirt guns to shoo away pigeons. It was hilarious and just added to the laid-back, fun vibe of the place. We had a blast! It’s tucked away and easy to miss if you’re not looking for it, definitely one of those spots you’d walk right past without your GPS. But trust me, it’s well worth the effort to find. Highly recommend stopping by for a drink, a bite, and a great time.

Overall this is an average hotel experience. Good terrace in room. Sad thing is that on check in it took the personnel 50 minutes to check in our big family with 3 kids, so this is hardly a child friendly hotel. It's excellent ratings do not reflect the reality. When we checked out , I forgot a bottle of unique extremely valuable champagne in a fridge. 40 minutes later it disappeared and the hotel failed to return it to us.
