Our stay has been made by the staff at the hotel , Friendly and welcoming overall. On check in we had a wonderfully helpful gentleman who was an ambassador for your hotel. He gave us a quick guide to Madrid , where to go and how to get there - fantastic and thank you it has been invaluable …. Housekeeping has been great and the team are all very pleasant . Only small moan…. Had a late night and arrived at the first floor bar around 15 minutes before closing ( I didn’t know it closed at 12 before this visit ) and the welcome was not what I would have expected , a little cold and every time we have had drinks in the hotel it comes with complimentary nibbles - not that night ! Shame really as it could have been managed differently and left me feeling a valued customer rather than an unwelcome one. I have not scored the hotel any lower because of this as there are so many highlights during our stay. However if the hotel wants to be truly great then the service should be delivered 24/7 …

Situated a short walk from the park and located adjacent to the Metro and main bus routes the hotel is ideal if you want to be away from the bustle of the cit centre. The hotel is very stylish & modern, superbly clean with great facilities. The Staff were all excellent and able to accommodate the requests we made. Be sure to make use of the rooftop bar and restaurant, despite being priced above average it does serve a varied choice of food, and a good choice of drinks. We did use the pool and sun deck, but be sure to book a lounger during busy times.

The location is perfect! Right beside the park and Salamanca district. Lots of great restaurants n the area within walking distance. Close enough to a lot of the major tourist sites that with good walking shoes you can walk. Metro right outside the door and very easy to navigate. Staff was super friendly and helpful.
