We are coming to the end of our stay, sadly. Having great time here. Food, entertainment, pools, restaurants- very very good. Hotel staff , as well as animation team, are great. Lovely, friendly, very helpful! There are some areas in the complex that might need some little work, but let's just overlook it, as it did not take away from the really great time we are having here. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
The animation team are so good! They went above and beyond for our family. The Guest Relations staff are fabulous. Any issues we had they were great. The hotel is lovely, the hallways to the rooms are old and busted. The bar staff are lovely. The entertainment at night is great too. Lots to do in the hotel.
We have had a great time here and would absolutely return. It has everything to offer. The extras of mikes coffee and the bistro were fabulous. Having an evening cocktail at the piano bar is amazing with the view and vibes.
