H10 Salauris Palace

Lovely hotel with fantastic swimming pool. Outside pool open 9 am - 7 pm (no lifeguard between 9&10 am). There's a queue for pool opening time but there's plenty of sunbeds if you don't mind where to sit. We were able to get 3 sunbeds up until 10 am but then we placed ourselves back from the pool under the shade of trees. Entertainment throughout the day (finishes at 11 pm). Bar area large and relaxed area. Plenty of choice of food at breakfast. Air conditioned throughout. All rooms with a balcony, but note any room not overlooking the pool looks out to the road. Walking distance to Adventura Park (approx 1 km) all shaded by trees.

Hotel was grand, staff helpful and polite when dealing with me as I speak zero Spanish. Kids pool was excellent 👍 Really first class with a great atmosphere - everyone shared and played together. The entertainment was fantastic. Very high energy and committed people putting kids first. The Daisy club says 4 and up, but this is only if your little one is staying will you go for a dip. My little one was under 4 so I had to say, alongside the odd parent. You can colour in or play too. The main pool was great, about 3ft to 6ft+ for all activities. Only negative was the shower in the room varied very hot to cold. They looked at it and it seemed to be fixed. However, we feel it was the time of day which caused the issue. Minor issue having to step in/out of the water. Oh, the rules say no inflatables but they are allowed in the kids pool. Also saw some considered use around the edge of the big pool but this was infrequent. I would have liked to have known this to save the €15 buying another inflatable rings or unicorn 🦄

just stayed here for a week and I cant recommend it enough. very clean hotel and rooms. the roof terrace pool was great and the location was perfect. by far the best part for me personally was the food as I am coeliac and need to eat a gluten free diet. I emailed ahead of time, and it was worth it as each day you had your own menu to choose from. I would order dinner at breakfast time and they would bring it to your table that night and it usually looked nicer than the buffet. that been said the buffet looked good as well. The staff were very helpful and friendly
