H10 Salou Princess

We’re currently staying at the H10 Salou Princess and couldn’t be happier with our experience so far! The location is fantastic—just a short stroll to the beautiful beach, which is perfect for relaxing or a quick dip in the sea. The food has been excellent with a great variety and quality at every meal. The staff are absolutely lovely—always friendly, helpful, and ready to go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean, which really adds to the comfort and atmosphere. Both the daytime and evening entertainment have been great fun, with something going on for everyone. It really adds to the holiday vibe and keeps things lively throughout the day. If we had to mention anything less than perfect, it would be that the rooms are a little bit dated and there aren’t many sun umbrellas around the pool, which can make it tricky to find shade during the hottest parts of the day. That said, these are only small things in what has otherwise been a fantastic stay. We’re really enjoying our time here and would absolutely recommend H10 Salou Princess to others!

After a long and exhausting flight, we were so lucky to be welcomed by the best night receptionist ever! Her name was Michelle (she said it's like Michelle Obama – apologies if the spelling is off!), and she truly set the tone for our entire stay. Even though it was 1am and everything was closed, she went above and beyond to make sure we were fed and comfortable. What a gem – a real asset to the hotel. Our stay at H10 Salou was fantastic. The family room was beautiful and spotless, breakfast each morning was great (although the sausages could have been a bit more cooked), and the location is unbeatable – just a 5-minute walk to the beach and surrounded by amazing restaurants. The pool was awesome, with plenty of fun activities throughout the day. We didn’t attend the evening entertainment so can’t comment on that part, but everything else exceeded our expectations. The only downside was the wristband room key – it tightened and wouldn’t loosen, so I had to cut it off just 10 minutes after putting it on. Hopefully that’s something the hotel can tweak in the future. All in all, we had an amazing stay and will definitely be back. Thank you again to Michelle for your kindness and energy – you made a stressful start turn into the beginning of a wonderful holiday!

Fantastic Stay at H10 Salou Princess - Entertainment & Service Top-Notch! We had an amazing holiday at H10 Salou Princess! The entertainment staff were absolutely fantastic - full of energy, friendly, and really made our stay extra special. There was always something fun going on, and they made sure everyone felt involved and welcome.A special mention to two of the staff in entertainment is Axel and Rachel they worked tirelessly and had a great infectious energy they made you smile and want to join in. We absolutely love you both. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety and high quality every day. Whether you're a picky eater or more adventurous, there's something for everyone. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always with a smile and ready to assist with anything we needed. Their service really made a difference. Highly recommend this hotel for families, couples, or anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and well-run place to stay. We'll definitely be coming back!
