H10 Tenerife Playa

Me and partner’s experience at this Hotel was fantastic. Perfect location, hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were always friendly attentive, always ready to assist with anything. The lovely lady in particular in the restaurant/dinner service was always smiling and polite, she must have seen somewhere it was my birthday and had arranged for room service to give us complimentary Cava. Really wasn’t expecting that and was a very pleasant surprise. Made our experience from 10/10 into 11/10. What a lovely thoughtful gesture from a lovely lady. Wish I knew her name, should have asked

Amazing Hotel with Even Better People We had an incredible stay at H10 Tenerife Playa, the views are stunning, the pools are perfect, and the food is excellent. If you want a truly unforgettable experience, go for the Privilege package it's 100% worth it. You'll get: - Table service at dinner (no queues!) - A coffee machine in the room - A minibar refilled every two days with drinks, snacks, and chocolates - À la carte lunch and dinner at the separate, elegant on-site restaurant -Access to the Executive Lounge - And the cherry on top: the private solarium with a Privilege-only Jacuzzi But the real highlight of this hotel is the staff. Fabiana: young but absolutely amazing. (Your Rock!) Sandra and the rest of the reception team (sorry, forgot the names!) - Golden. Restaurant and bar staff? Just as great. 6 out of 5 stars from me. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the H10 Tenerife Playa for four nights with a half-board package (breakfast and dinner included). Our room was a bit on the smaller side, but it did have a nice little balcony. The breakfast buffet was quite good, offering a decent selection. For dinner, it was also a buffet, and while the dishes varied slightly each day, the changes weren't very significant. Overall, it's a solid option for a stay in Tenerife, especially if you prefer having meals sorted.
