Just come back from what can only be described as the most amazing weeks holiday I have had in years. We stayed as privilege guests so all the benefits of that were amazing, breakfast and dinner in the dedicated restaurant with the best hotel food I have ever had. Maria J who looked after us in the restaurant was also amazing and friendly. We had a terrace suite which was incredible with everything you needed. The pool had plenty of space for sunbeds and was great to sit around, there was plenty of shaded areas as well. The hotel is very well looked after and was clean everywhere, and the staff were always out looking after the grounds as well. We would not hesitate in going back, and are planning to book again for next year as it was completely faultless, the whole week was incredible.
Overall rating: I do not recommend. The location and beaches are top. But everything else is terrible. There is no transfer from the airport to the hotel and back. The hotel room is normal, but the shower latch is missing, the light in the room goes out, the room card systematically does not work, the faucet in the shower lives its own life (every five seconds it switches to boiling water). The food is monotonous, nothing out of the ordinary. There is practically no entertainment, no music plays on the hotel grounds, no parties.
⭐️ 1/5 – One of the worst holidays we’ve ever had! This hotel is nowhere near a 4-star standard – we honestly felt like we had arrived at a place abandoned for 100 years. • Accommodation: no help with luggage, towels (including beach/pool towels) could only be changed once during the entire stay. Room cleaning only every 2 days, and we had to leave the bin outside the door to get it emptied. • Food: absolutely terrible – meat was inedible and tasteless, hardly any fruit, almost no vegetables. Our kids spent the whole holiday eating plain pasta and fries. Drinks: only sodas, water, wine and beer. No juices, coffee was awful. • Bars & pool area: for a hotel with 500–1000 guests there was only one bartender at the pool bar – endless queues. The pool area was never cleaned; dirt and trash just piled up each day. Sunbeds at the beach were charged even though we were on all-inclusive. • Service: staff was clearly overwhelmed and couldn’t even clear dirty dishes from tables. • Organisation: lunch served only from 1–3 pm – completely impractical with small children. For €6,000+ (150,000 CZK) we expected at least a basic standard. We would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The airport bathroom was honestly the cleanest place of the entire holiday.
