We had an amazing visit with the family. The rooms were superior and the staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast was included and they change things up every day. The location was very convenient and we got excellent restaurant recommendations from the concierge. We can’t wait to return.
Nice hotel in convenient location for metro and bus usage. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the small cooling pool comes in handy on hot days. The quiet back garden is nice when needing a moment of less hectic atmosphere that is outside of hotels front door with the plaza a busy area
We had booked a lovely family room. When we checked in, we already found out that all family rooms are oriented towards the atrium, so towards the lobby inside. Rooms are very noisy, ventilation makes extreme noise and lobby staff very unfriendly. I have had better experiences at other H10 hotels.
