H11 Aparthotel

Across 5 different hotels and 2 countries in 3 weeks, this hotel was the best period and not even the priciest. The rooms are very modern and all are equipped with really good ac. Perfect distance to Old Town Krakow which in itself is a great attraction but also places where tours start. Great restraints nearby and the receptionist gave us the greatest recommendations. 100% would stay here again!!!

Wonderful location. 5 minutes walk to the Old Town, close to the tram stop and easy access to other shops. Hotel apartment is a decent size for 2 people, equipped with basics for a comfortable stay. Staff were super communicative prior to arrival and had our apartment ready. Would highly recommend staying here, if we ever come back to Krakow, we would stay again.

Our first experience staying in an apartment, and we must say—it was absolutely amazing! We usually stay in hotels, but if we visit Krakow again, we would definitely return here. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and in a perfect location. What we appreciated the most was the peace and quiet—no noise from other rooms, just a pleasant atmosphere and a lovely scent throughout the place. The staff was very kind and took great care of us. Breakfast was provided in the bistro located in the same building. The à la carte selection was sufficient, and the food was delicious. Overall, a fantastic experience that we highly recommend!
