The junior suite was amazing, there was so much room and we loved the pillow menu. Upon check in, the guy who helped with bags and behind the desk were very sweet. I had the best nights sleep here throughout my entire Europe trip. We did not eat at the bar or restaurant, the location was very walkable in “new” town Warsaw. There were restaurants in every direction!
I had an overall very comfortable stay at this hotel, everything went smoothly during my visit. I’d honestly give it 5 stars. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead is that the bathtub in our room was broken. We didn’t complain during our stay because we didn’t need to use it, but we did mention it before checkout just to clarify it wasn’t caused by us. We didn't ask a compensation, but the hotel staff offered us a 10% discount "themselves", which we appreciated. The front desk told us the manager would follow up after we checked out. However, it’s now been two n half weeks, and I’ve received no response at all. I’ve sent two follow-up emails, and they’ve both been ignored. That kind of silence is disappointing — especially for a five-star hotel. I didn’t demand anything. If they had simply replied saying they couldn’t process the discount due to third-party booking, I would’ve completely understood and still left a 5-star review. But being ignored like this feels unprofessional and careless.
We spent two days at this hotel, and I can confidently say it’s one of the worst hotels in central Warsaw. I will never return here. We booked a suite and a standard room. The suite was advertised as having four sleeping places, but in reality, there were only two. The sofas in the suite do not unfold, so there was nowhere for the children to sleep. We had to switch rooms with the nanny just to fit. That means the nanny ended up staying in the suite, and we stayed in the standard two-room unit. The hotel claims to be 5-star, but it feels more like 2. Upon check-in, we received two 200 ml bottles of water for four people, and no additional water was provided during our stay. We had to go out and buy drinking water ourselves. The room was dirty, the curtains were torn and couldn’t be opened because the mechanism was broken. There weren’t enough towels or bathrobes either. Room service stops after 10:00 PM, so if you arrive late, you won’t be able to have dinner at the hotel. It was my birthday, and in every other hotel I’ve stayed in, I’ve been greeted with a card, champagne, or fruit. Here, no one even said a word. Over the course of two days, no one cleaned our room or changed the towels. The breakfast was terrible. There’s an option to order a meal, but the portion is small. There’s also a buffet, but the food isn’t fresh, and once something runs out, it’s not replenished. If you come for breakfast after 9:30 AM, there are no fruits left because the early guests have eaten them all – same goes for cheese and ham. I do not recommend this hotel.
