H15 Palace a Luxury Collection Hotel Krakow

What a lovely hotel! The staff were so friendly here and gave excellent service. The lobby is so uniquely decorated and the rooms are extremely clean. This must depend on the room type you take, but ours was very spacious, including the bathroom, and we even had a little balcony to sit on (ground floor). The food at the breakfast restaurant in the morning was very good, and the meal we had at the bistro was delicious. Overall no complaints at all and I would 100% recommend this hotel.

Last weekend, we had the pleasure of staying at the H15 Luxury Palace Hotel in Kraków and it truly was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel is ideally located in the old city centre, with many sights, shops, and restaurants just a short walk away. From the moment we stepped into the beautiful lobby, we felt genuinely welcomed. The reception staff greeted us warmly and even offered us a glass of sparkling wine. It was clear that the entire team is well-trained: every staff member we encountered smiled, greeted us, and contributed to the hotel's inviting atmosphere. Our room was spacious, with high ceilings and a well-functioning air conditioning system, very welcome during the warmer days. The beds were exceptionally comfortable; we slept like babies. The bathroom was decent, though not perfect. The lighting was a bit too bright and clinical for our taste, and it was a pity there wasn’t a rain shower. The bathtub was also quite narrow, which made it slightly less comfortable. We had hoped to dine in one of the restaurants we preselected, but unfortunately they were fully booked. Thankfully, the concierge saved the evening by recommending a wonderful place in Kazimierz and securing a reservation for us. That kind of thoughtful service really stood out. Breakfast was another highlight. The quality of the food was excellent, with a wide and varied selection. The service, once again, was impeccable: friendly, well-timed, and attentive without being overbearing. Even when checking out, the attention to detail continued. We were offered bottled water for the road, a small gesture that perfectly captured the high level of care and hospitality shown throughout our stay. In conclusion, H15 Luxury Palace Hotel more than lived up to its name. The service was consistently excellent, the location ideal, and the overall experience left us genuinely impressed. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to others, and we’ll certainly be considering other properties from the Destigo Hotel chain for future stays.

We loved our stay - the whole hotel is newly renovated, very luxe feeling rooms and restaurants on-site. Central location in Old Town but on a quiet, peaceful street. Walking distance to the main historic sights, and train station. The hotel's breakfast was incredible and staff were so attentive throughout our stay. They really went above and beyond with personalized service. A special shoutout to the cocktail bar on-site as well which had a great menu. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
