Very clean amenity, friendly staffs, walking distance to the beach and restaurants and overall nice ambience. I like the loft area with sofa & gym in the 2nd floor, where friends can chat while having drink ;-) One awesome thing is parking has two Tesla Chargers which helped us a lot.

It's a sweet location, super close to the Hermosa Beach Pier. The hotel has some positives and negatives. Positives first: great location, parking has e-charging! Grab and go easy breakfast. Cool vibe. Pleasant, friendly staff! Negatives: seems like property that had a quick turnaround, and the contractors made shortcuts so that the owners could push it to market...what does this mean to the customer? Messy paint job, super loose outlets, water not draining properly. They must use a shop vac to take all the water out, because it seriously drains SO slow. Little details that take away from the overall experience. Another thing that could probably be dealt with more immediately: during breakfast, the cleaning solution used is crazy strong. Stiflingly strong chemical scent, which, it's wonderful to have such a clean area, but give me some space or clean with a friendlier solution please. Resort fee is $40/night, common but def adds up when you're spending around $400/night already.
