Ok rooms, serviced, with everything that is necessary, great location, friendly staff. Elevators are super slow and the gym is scarcely equipped but has tools to train all the extremities. Friendly staff

I'd say that for the price, there are better alternatives not far away. The biggest issue I had was the room itself - it was apparent that it has seen better days, all the furniture was pretty worn. Bathroom also rather old feeling, altogether not very comfortable. The location was ok-ish, but the nearby construction was rather noisy. Frequent sightings of weirdos lurking around the hotel also wasn't very pleasant. We had an included breakfast, which was served at a nearby bakery (1 minute walk from hotel). It was decent with many options, sweet or savory. The weirdest thing however were the constantly attacking mosquitos...

I will never stay in this hotel again. The vast majority of the people who work there are great, but one individual can ruin it all. I don't know the name of the person at the front desk on the night shift, but his communication is rude and the opposite of a friendly service. The reservation was under my name, but at the check-in, they put the room under my mother's name (we both presented IDs). Therefore, when I was supposed to receive a package, they couldn't find my name. When I observed the mistake they made at the check-in (I was the one who signed), instead of saying "Oops", this person started speaking with a louder tone saying that it is the company's policy not to receive a package without a room number. If there is such a policy, I am a person who can understand such internal rule (or misunderstanding), what I don't tolerate is rudeness and lack of empathy. I stay on average 10 days a month on a hotel because of work. This is the first time I write a review for a hotel.
