Great hotel. Fridge in room, radiators were noisy and ac not working. Word touch controlled light switches made turning the lights off a chore. Needlessly complicated and slow to react
I just stayed here and appreciated the excellent customer service provided by the staff. The room was clean and modern, with all of the amenities you'd expect from an amazing hotel. Their breakfast buffet is not included in the room rate, but it was excellent and included something for everyone to satisfy their cravings. A self-parking facility is offered for an additional fee, but both breakfast and self-parking are competitively priced when compared to other hotels in the area.
Great location about five minutes walk to old city center, also conveniently located near the final resting place of Franz Liszt and the Wagner extended family if that interests you. Modern spacious rooms. Friendly service. Unexpectedly fantastic breaktast, much better than some of the luxury hotels I stayed at in Germany. Highly recommend.
