Absolutely loved my stay! The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the amenities were top-notch. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and pleasant. Breakfast was a highlight—fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and great service! Easy public transport access.
Nice hotel. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious. You can have a great view of the Tour Eiffel especially at night from the top floor which is the bar area. The only issue we had was with the lift and which has limited access. You can enjoy a great breakfast with large variety of food available. There is an affordable Laundry option available in walking distance and few restaurants as well.
The only staff member I would like to recognise is Rabbi. He helped us carry our luggage to the taxi on the day of our departure, and was very friendly and pleasant with a smile on his face! Unlike when we arrived, there were 3 staff at the reception desk with no guests to be busy serving, plus this guy standing behind a separate counter who all saw us struggling with our luggage, and not one person came to offer us help! There were no luggage trolleys available either. Upon check-in, as we arrived in the evening, we asked if there were any restaurants nearby where we could go and get something to eat. The receptionist told us there wasn't and we'd have to catch a train to the nearest restaurants. So we decided to go out for a walk, and literally barely 200m from the hotel, there were eating establishments everywhere!! Why lie to us?? Probably to try and get us to go to hotel's fancy, overpriced restaurant! Another complaint is because this hotel is 15-20 minute train ride from the city, they did not offer any help in how to get to the city, how the metro system works or any other information about getting around. We had to find things out all on our own. Then, when one of the curtains in our room got stuck and wouldn't open, we reported it, but was not fixed. We reported it again the following day, and still it wasn't fixed. Four days later we queried why it had still not been fixed, and the receptionist said that it had never been noted down to do, not on either of the first 2 times we reported it!!! Very slack! House keeping was terrible!! So many times we'd leave our bath towels on the floor to be replaced, they'd take them away and not leave fresh ones! So many times they wouldn't replenish toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, nor replace our dirty cups! We were forever ringing reception to have these things brought up to us, which sometimes they came, and sometimes they didn't!! The hotel itself is very beautiful with very spacious and comfortable rooms! The bathroom was exquisite and the view of the city of Paris from our room was superb! But unfortunately, the service from the reception staff and housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired!
