H501 Luxury Rooms is Definitely not “Luxury”. Hard and uncomfortable beds, dripping aircon that barely cools, loud and early wake up from the reception right out the door. I would not stay here again.
The room was not very clean, there is no one ever in the “reception” to help, and the place is everything but “luxury”. Adding it to the very high price, I wouldn’t recommend
Don't let the word "luxury" fool you because this rooms are anything but luxury! Not only absolutely no anti COVID19 sanitization but no basic cleaning at all! The "deluxe" room, in which we stayed, hasn't been cleaned for 5 days: bed sheets haven't been changed for 5 days, bathroom hasn't been cleaned for 5 days...although the management stated that daily housekeeping was provided. I kindly asked the manager (who I have been lucky enough to meet because reception is always closed!) to have the room cleaned but he just apologised saying it wasn't his job (!!) the day after they only changed the towels! I traveled a lot, I've stayed in in 4/5 stars hotels as well as 2 stars but never, ever happened to stay in such a badly managed property. At checkout there was nobody, reception was closed and we had to leave the keys in the room. Also, please be careful if you suffer from allergies because all surfaces of the room is covered by dust! Not healthy. I do not recommend this place.
