Ha Long Marina Hotel

Good hotel with a spacious room. The breakfast was good. Stayed here along with other groups from other tours, seemed like a popular choice. The area is pretty empty, I need to walk for some time to find a convenience store.

Not a great experience. The air conditioning is fixed at 24°C and can't be adjusted, even though there's a controller in the room — which makes no sense. It was uncomfortable at night, especially in warm weather. Also, for a hotel that claims to cater to international guests, it was surprising and a bit frustrating that there were no English-speaking staff available. Communication was a real challenge. These are basic expectations for an international hotel and really need improvement.

We stayed at this hotel on 27th of Sanoai to 28th of January 2025. In room 1502 and 1504.”,we had a problem with the room temperature which was very hot, it wa 30 degrees Celsius and when we complained to the hotel staff we got an unreasonable answer because according to him the temperature could only be adjusted for each floor of the room, so there were other room occupants who wanted the temperature to be 30 degrees, the hotel staff's explanation was very unreasonable, because each room had its own AC controller but according to the hotel staff's explanation, all rooms must follow the same setting on the same floor. Very Very Bad Experience
