This is our second time staying at this hotel. We love the apartment suites! So roomy and nice. The staff are all friendly and helpful, even offering to carry our bags up the steep, narrow stairs. We declined, but it was a nice offer.
It took us a bit to find the place as we arrived at night, after the reception was closed. But they sent us an email with instructions and the self-checkin was smooth after we found the place. The apartment itself was lovely, spacious and private. Absolutely loved it! Will definitely come again.
The staff at the reception are really exceptionally nice, nothing can be said against that! The accommodation is basically also nicely divided, but has a few shortcomings. For example, the air conditioning, which must run, is much too loud at night. In addition, you can hear the steps of the apartment above very precisely, which is a bit annoying. Otherwise, very centrally located and everything nearby!
