HAB Hotel Bogotá

I’ve stayed in many hotels in Bogota and this is my favorite so far. Gorgeous impeccable hotel in what seems like an old mansion. My room was very very large especially for the price. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The shower was great. They also have a very good restaurant With an especially great brunch on the weekends. Nice bar as well. The location is safe Surrounded by many fine restaurants and clubs.

The hotel & rooms are beautiful with nice design and decorations, quiet and cozy. But service is bad: no towels and toilet paper provided. The location is ok (safe) but not central like La Candelaria. Breakfast is nice and tasty but in small quantities; you need to order 2 or 3 dishes (which you have to pay extra).

Stayed in 2022 and the experience was so BAD it has stayed with us so long I’m compelled to write the review even now. 1. Room had window that was broken and wouldn’t close 2. Room wasn’t ready no toilet paper or shampoo etc 3. Tried to overcharge us for breakfast meals 4. Checking out tried to charge us for someone billing our room for a night of drinks at their bar (we were in the city for dinner that night). Didn’t believe us and refused to pull up security footage of the night we weren’t there. 5. When trying to resolve this incident the manager wouldn’t even speak to us directly even though she was in the room. Kept relaying messages to the staff member going back and forth Would never stay here again! If you are travelling in Bogota, find somewhere else!
