The service was terrible. We encountered rude behavior from another guest and poor treatment from the staff as well. Given that this is an apartment-hotel, they should be prepared for a busy and lively atmosphere—but instead, the staff only listened to the guest who complained about us. Our experience was ruined the moment they arrived. We understand it was a busy time, but the staff’s response was unnecessarily harsh. They even recorded our room, making us feel like we had no privacy. We’ve stayed at many apartments and hotels before, but this was by far the worst, especially if you’re planning to enjoy a fun stay with your group. And considering the price, the breakfast was disappointing.

4 stars but terrible hotel. This hotel failed to protect the privacy of it's customer letting the police crushing in and expose everything inside the room without any consent. Don't ever think to have a small event in this hotel, thinking the incredible price will guarantee you privacy SHAME
