My stay at the Habitat Apart hotel was truly memorable and comfy. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, wifi provided, and indeed a comfortable environment for relaxation. I am an athlete so l made use of your well-maintained and fairly equiped gym The location of the hotel is also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. May l applaud you for the seamless checking-in and checking-out. Very effortless, fast and smooth. The hotel's customer service was top-notch, with staff members going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Hats off to the management team led by Mr Luka. Overall, my experience at this hotel was fantastic, and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a relaxed and satisfying stay.

I arrived and 2 dirty glasses left on the kitchen table and while laying on my bed about to relax a staff member opened the door and walked in unannounced to remove the glasses. No knock before hand. The lifts are filthy and smell of fish. The lift has a system where you choose the floor number but it doesn't work so it takes 10 minutes to get into the lift. It is not worth anywhere near 700bux per night maybe 400 and even then the area is unsafe. It felt dirty and honestly disgusting .

I arrived at Habitat, looking for a month stay, This works as my office is around the corner, and I thought perfect location to enjoy the city and be close to work. I arrived a 2.30pm to find two staff members sitting behind the desk, great! could you show me an apartment please as apparently there is availiblity? the response is NO, "they are not allowed to," I could book an appointment for Wednesday next week, 4 days away.......why bother, ? But hold on! they told me I can look at a picture on bookingdotcom, then if I like the picture I can book and pay, ..then they would take me to the room .......but if i am not happy then we can negotiate a different room or refund. This is extremely poor service. One person could not get up and show me a room for 2 minutes and get a month booking with a working tourist, with little effort, but was fobbed off. This tells me one of 3 things, either the place is so poorly managed that 2 people could not find time to show me a room, or ask me to come back in a short while.... Or Secondly they are not confident the rooms will meet expectations or thirdly the place is full of undesirables meaning employees spend more time worried about dodgeys then being hospitable....they cannot leave thier desks and are so worried about security. Whichever is the case, good luck to you, i won't stay there, first impressions count in hospitality, and you failed. You need customers. They do not need you.
