Hospitality was truly exceptional. The services and cooperation of the staffs ( especially Ms. Ola and Mr. Cliffin) are really appreciated. We are grateful for the delightful experience and the memories during our IFTAR Meet conducted @PH , Habitat Hotel.

Good location but slow services WiFi always disconnect, it seems as the room service doesn’t even exist and nobody bothers to pick up the reception phone

Dear Owner and hotel Manger I’ve always admired your hotel chain for its reputation and have enjoyed stays at other branches, so I was excited to book a room at your Jeddah location. I chose it for its affordability and trusted name, but my recent experience left me a bit disappointed, and I wanted to share my thoughts in hopes it can help you get back to the standard I know you’re capable of. 1- Check-in took longer than expected, and the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, which made the welcome feel less warm than I’d hoped. 2- I also noticed the furniture and carpets could use some refreshing—they felt a little tired and had a slight odor. 3- When I arrived in my room 609 today , I was surprised to find no towels. I reached out to the reception, and while they mentioned they’d sent a request, it took quite a while to get one. I ended up asking someone on the floor, who kindly helped me out. I saw some older reviews from 2020 posted in the elevator, and it made me think the hotel might be resting on past praise rather than focusing on the present. I know this branch can do better because I’ve seen how amazing your other locations are! Your team has so much potential, and with a little TLC, like updating the rooms and streamlining service, I’m sure this place could feel just as welcoming and comfortable as the rest of your chain. I’m rooting for you to bring back the spark that makes your hotels special. I’d love to visit again and see the Jeddah branch shine. Thank you for taking the time to listen. I believe in you!
