The carpets needed to be cleaned. The furnishings were very old and beaten. But other than that, it was good. There were no insects in the room. Since we were the only two people in the entire hotel, it was very quiet. The vistas were very, very good. The food in the restaurant was very good. The real negative was that no one would unlock the gate to Cola de Caballo, so the only two guests in the hotel were not able to see the falls ... after asking twice.
Terrible experience. They charged me twice and didn’t get back to me when I tried to get in touch with them. The room was dirty. Sheets were dirty which was extremely disgusting. The towels smell bad too. Avoid as much as you can.
Worst experience ever!!! Run!! When I tell you this is the worst experience ever I’m so serious from their A/C not working all night we all had to strip down!!! Maintenance could not help, everyone in the building was complaining. The card for the door wouldn’t work either they had everyone going back and getting an actual key that should have been my hint to run! Everything was so dirty and smelly. We had only 2 towels we went to the lobby to ask for more was told they would bring them to the room they never arrived! Hot water was non existent as well. RUN DO NOT STAY HERE !
