Hacienda del Mar Los Cabos Autograph All Inclusive

We had a beautiful stay at Hacienda del Mar Cabo! The resort was stunning, and the pool area was so relaxing, and every restaurant we tried was delicious. Major kudos to the staff, their warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care truly made our experience unforgettable. We felt so welcomed and well taken care of the entire time. We will definitely be staying again! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, memorable getaway in Cabo!

Spent a week in one of the timeshares with my mom and sister. The rooms are a little dated, but still very beautiful. The 3 of us appreciated the space of the timeshare and we never felt cramped. The grounds are stunning! Service is excellent. Food was pretty good. My only complaint were all of the drinks were very weak...didn't taste any alcohol at all. Im glad I didn't pay for the all inclusive package, priced at 185 per person per day! Our bill at the end of the trip was 1/3 of what the package would have been. I would definitely return to this wonderful property again.

**edit** manager reached out to me and asked me to provide proof that staff was tagging on additional service charges to checks. I emailed her pictures of the receipts and she has totally stopped responding. The manager is lacking in business skills. Do not stay here. It’s a front to get you to join a timeshare. If you don’t, they treat you like garbage. - reception was completely rude, they ran my card 3 times for the shuttle -took shuttle downtown, paid for round trip, shuttle never picked us up. We had to get a cab back to the hotel - they add gratuity into checks, and get mad when you review food service checks thoroughly. NOWHERE is it stated they will add gratuity in. Then if you don’t tip more on top of it, they get upset. I am considering disputing the 15% charges on my cards. One woman tried to charge us $134 USD for the buffet when it was only $35 per person. -food is mediocre AT BEST. -check in time was 3, we didn’t get our room til 4.i paid for an ocean view, I got a view of a tree. -they refused to give us a map of the property because we wouldn’t sign up for a timeshare presentation. -when we got back I did an online survey about the property. All they said was “sorry. We hope you come back”. -busted staircases off foundation. Bed sheets didn’t fit the bed. -ZERO activities on the property. This place is absolutely distasteful and a disgrace. They have their staff write better reviews to bump their ratings. Save your time and money, stay downtown.
